How is HUEWINE ERP priced?
Per-user per-month subscription. Starter at ₹399/user/month, Growth at ₹799/user/month, Enterprise custom-priced. One-time implementation fee applies separately based on scope.
Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?
Yes — 17% off (effectively 2 months free) when you pay annually. Toggle the billing switch above to see annual prices.
Can I try HUEWINE before committing?
Yes. We offer a free 30-day demo with sample data, then a paid 30-day pilot with your real data before you sign an annual contract.
What are the implementation fees?
Implementation is a one-time fixed fee depending on scope: Quick Start ₹25,000, Standard ₹1,25,000, Enterprise custom. Includes configuration, data migration, training and go-live support.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Because every HUEWINE module shares one database, adding a module is a config switch — no data migration, no parallel implementation. Just a prorated billing change.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel at the end of any billing term with 30 days notice. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Do you accept payment in other currencies?
Yes — INR is the default. USD, EUR, AED and GBP available on the Growth and Enterprise plans for international customers.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Growth plan gets automatic volume discounts above 50 users. Enterprise plans are fully custom-priced based on user count, modules and contract length.
