Trial & Demo
HUEWINE offers a free demo and a paid pilot/trial period for many ERP modules. During any agreed trial window, you may cancel at any time without further obligation.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your HUEWINE ERP subscription at the end of your current billing term by notifying us in writing at least 30 days before renewal. Cancellations within an active term remain billable for the remainder of that term unless otherwise agreed in your contract.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partially-used periods. Pro-rated refunds may be granted at HUEWINE's sole discretion in cases of extended service outages caused by HUEWINE or other circumstances explicitly defined in your service agreement.
Refunds for Implementation & Consulting
Refunds for implementation, training and consulting engagements are governed by the cancellation clauses in the relevant statement of work (SOW). In general:
- Paid milestones already delivered are non-refundable.
- Pre-paid milestones not yet delivered are refundable, less reasonable costs already incurred.
Data Export on Cancellation
On cancellation, HUEWINE will provide a structured export of your data (accounting ledger, employee records, inventory, etc.) on request, within 30 days of termination. After that period, your tenant is decommissioned and data is securely deleted as per our data-retention schedule.
