Cloud ERP Service Activation

Once payment is confirmed and your contract is signed, HUEWINE will provision a dedicated tenant on our cloud platform and email login credentials to your nominated administrator within 2 business days. Implementation and configuration timelines for HUEWINE ERP modules typically range from 30 to 90 days depending on scope.

Digital Downloads & Mobile Apps

HUEWINE mobile apps (iOS and Android) and downloadable utilities are delivered via standard public app stores or via a secure download link emailed to the registered customer.

No Physical Shipping

HUEWINE does not ship physical goods. All products and services are delivered digitally. We do not charge any shipping fees.

Implementation Services

Where customers have engaged HUEWINE for implementation, training or support services, deliverables are provided remotely (via video conferencing, screen sharing and our customer portal) or on-site as agreed in the statement of work.

Failed or Delayed Activation

If your service activation is delayed beyond the communicated timeline, please contact support@huewine.com. Our team will investigate and either resolve the delay or arrange a refund as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Change of Scope

Adding new modules, users or features mid-contract is handled via a written change order. New scope follows the same 30-90 day rollout playbook with its own go-live date.

How fast can I actually start using HUEWINE ERP?

Your cloud tenant is ready in 2 business days, so you and your admin can start exploring immediately. Full production go-live (with your data migrated, team trained and workflows configured) takes 30-90 days depending on module count.

Do you ship anything physically?

No. HUEWINE ERP is 100% cloud-delivered software. No DVDs, no USB drives, no hardware. Mobile apps come from the App Store and Google Play.

Where will the implementation team work from?

Default is remote — video calls, screen sharing and a shared customer portal. On-site implementation is available on request for the cut-over weekend or for sensitive go-lives, charged at standard travel rates.

What if activation is delayed?

Email support@huewine.com and we'll investigate. If the delay is on our side, you're covered by the Cancellation and Refund Policy — including pro-rated refunds for documented service-level breaches.

Can I add modules later without re-implementing?

Yes. Because every HUEWINE module shares one database, adding HRMS to an Accounting deployment (for example) is a configuration step — no data migration, no re-implementation, no parallel run.
