Cloud ERP Service Activation
Once payment is confirmed and your contract is signed, HUEWINE will provision a dedicated tenant on our cloud platform and email login credentials to your nominated administrator within 2 business days. Implementation and configuration timelines for HUEWINE ERP modules typically range from 30 to 90 days depending on scope.
Digital Downloads & Mobile Apps
HUEWINE mobile apps (iOS and Android) and downloadable utilities are delivered via standard public app stores or via a secure download link emailed to the registered customer.
No Physical Shipping
HUEWINE does not ship physical goods. All products and services are delivered digitally. We do not charge any shipping fees.
Implementation Services
Where customers have engaged HUEWINE for implementation, training or support services, deliverables are provided remotely (via video conferencing, screen sharing and our customer portal) or on-site as agreed in the statement of work.
Failed or Delayed Activation
If your service activation is delayed beyond the communicated timeline, please contact support@huewine.com. Our team will investigate and either resolve the delay or arrange a refund as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Change of Scope
Adding new modules, users or features mid-contract is handled via a written change order. New scope follows the same 30-90 day rollout playbook with its own go-live date.
